Thanks for visiting my portfolio! Here is a bit about me.
A short set, shot and cut end to end, across motorsport, music, sport and brand work.
A minute of variety, in one clip. The full pieces are below.
What Intrepid needs from a Video Operations Implementation Lead.
The exact platform, already. Sole architect of a production AI platform for iconik at Quad Lock, across a 500,000-asset library.
Standards that hold up at scale. Defined the schema and tagging standards, with a classification-first model so each asset carries only the fields relevant to it.
A threshold, not an opinion. Built a versioned precision and recall evaluation gate deciding when AI tagging is trusted to write back unattended.
A system nobody uses has failed. Natural-language search in Slack so teams skip the DAM login, plus runbooks and guides a non-developer maintains.
The order matters. Audit before standards, standards before automation, and adoption planned from day one rather than bolted on at the end.
I sit in an unusual spot: a systems thinker who is also a shooter and editor. I run my own studio, Mounir Productions, and I still shoot, cut and deliver client work. That is also how I ended up building a DAM platform, because I had felt the problem from the inside before I was asked to fix it.
Sole architect, not a contributor. Designed and shipped the whole iconik platform at Quad Lock: tagging, review console, evaluation gate, Slack search and the operator handover console.
Workflows survive because people adopt them. The Slack search bot existed so teams could skip the DAM entirely, and the runbooks were written so a non-developer owns the system after handover.
